Can you spot the difference?

Can you see what's different on my blog today? Those who spot it right will get..... NOTHING! Muahahahaha! And I feel that I'm so computer illiterate right now. It took me about a few hours to realise where i should actually paste all those codes in the template. And the picture of this C-box thingy keeps on appearing in each of my new posts and that's why I have to delete the picture of the C-box everytime I start a new post. Is this normal? Any idea how I can stop it from re-appearing in every new post I start?
