I'm dead

Arghhhh! I'm screwed. I should be sleeping by now as it's already 4.21 am. Even if I'm not sleeping, I should at least be studying for my finals. Instead, what am I doing now? I end up googling about degree courses and colleges. I thought I have made up my mind studying journalism or mass com. But somehow after watching the stupid Cornetto Love Perhaps show, I changed my mind. Ahhh! Pardon me for my words, but how could some stupid, slutty, hookerish whore just mess up my mind like this?! I'm so easily influenced! And I find this kind of reality show stupid and doltish even though I 'accidentally' watch it myself but this doesn't make me dumb because this is going to be the first and the last time I'm watching Cornetto Love Perhaps.
Anyway, some Malaysian TV producers are like copycats. Even if you want to be a copycat, do it with creativity so that at least you can hold your head up high with a certain degree of dignity! For example, the US version of The Apprentice is translated into our Malaysian version of The Firm which I immediately switched off after the first five minutes of watching it. Ah! Crap! Another one is the America's Next Top Model which is translated into our homegrown show 'I Wanna Be a Model.' Double crap! But of course there are certain good ones though. For example, the Malaysian version of Malaysian Idol which just stopped like that after season 2 and also So You Think You Can Dance Malaysia which I totally adore. So, this would do some justice for them, not all are that bad.

Anyway, I've been doing a lot of thinking recently. What am I really good at? The more I think of it, I can only think of the three things that I do best and better than anyone can do which is eat, sleep and watch TV. Huh. I'm pathetic.

Now I have listed down a few other things that I think I MIGHT be able to do well as well. Please correct me if you have different ideas. Well, here's the list.

1. Writing---(Degree in Journalism)
2. Designing all sort of stuff---(Degree in Graphic Design and Multimedia)
3. Presenting on stage---(I don't know if there's a degree for this but a Degree in Law perhaps?)
4. Economics---(It so happens that I kinda like Economics a lil bit so a Degree in Econs?)
5. *Please suggest some for me. I'm running out of ideas.

But above all these, I also worry about the prospects of these degrees. If I do journalism, will I have enough salary every month or do I have to survive on cucumbers every month? Will I have the same fate as the journalist who was held under ISA recently?

If I do graphic design and multimedia, arghhhh.... even worse. Will I be surviving on my own faeces then? And what if there's suddenly a blackout and I do not get to save all my work and I got fired? *Gasp* Or what if they fire me for negligence of duty for big, massive, multimillionaire projects? Hehe, for extreme cases of course.

If I do law, can I find a job? And can I pass the forever-hard-to-pass CLP? Or will I lose every court case that I handle or would I have to be the devil of love cupid for having to handle people's divorce? Worse case scenario, I might even have to beg people to divorce every day so that I can have at least some business.

If I do economics, where does it even put me in the society? Sounds grand, but I do not want to end up teaching Economics in Sung Siew or IS or even Sunway when I graduate. I can imagine fellow Sung Siew-ians whispering "Ooooo... That's the teacher who studied Economics and is teaching us because she couldn't find a job. How else would it make me different from Mr. _ _ _- _ _ _ _- _ _ _ and Mr _ _ _ _ _ _. Names are blanked for privacy reasons and also so that I will not be sued for defamation. Anyway, don't speculate too much. It doesn't really matter.

Now another reason why my wrinkles are emerging on my face is which college to choose?

1. Curtin, Miri---(I'm afraid before I graduate I'll be sitting on the wheel chair due to excessive boredom)

2. HELP---(The name sounds like "Help! Help!". Anyway, the main reason is because I do not know what to study there.)

3. UTAR---(Hmmpphhh... It's just so UTAR. I mean, hellooooooo? Kampar? Though there are a lot of good food there and of course, they accept SAM for graphic design unlike others who only accept their own foundation... So, hmppphhh....)

4. Taylors---(Quality assured, definitely. But your pocket must also be 'money-assured'. What if there are too many rich kids there until wherever I go in the college I can only see diamonds and gold flashing on their body? Bad for my eye sight.)

5. UCSI---(I don't know about the quality but I only know that they will help us to arrange for internships. But UCSI sounds so UCSI. And so far, I have never heard of anyone going there.)

6. KDU---(Have thought of it before but I found some very disturbing comments from KDU students on the internet so...AND! Murdoch University! I do not want to graduate from the same uni as Miss _ _ _ _ _ from IS.)

7. UMS---(Ahhhhhh.... BEST place on earth to be. But sorry, I know you don't accept SAM. So, lucky me! Muahahahahahaha.)

Hmpphh... Lord! Please help! Send me some signals on where and what I should do. Like if you think graphic design is for me, then maybe send me some signals like I when I pass motion, I can come out with a beautiful sculpted shit without even any effort.

Or if you think journalism is for me, then maybe send me some signals like my pen runs out of ink tomorrow.

Or if you think law is for me, then... maybe try and make Karpal Singh mention my name in the court room in any of his cases tomorrow.

Or if you think economics is for me, then perhaps you can signal me by crashing the whole Dow Jones or KLSE tomorrow.

Please!!!!

Choose course based on your interest and choose Uni only after you chose course. That's all I can say.
